Alas, the brushes are not working, the brush alphas are missing, this is a standard brush with a custom icon. I’ve checked all the ways to fix this issue, but to no avail, the zbrush version is 2023.2.2

Hi! Thanks for letting us know, and we’re sorry you’re having this issue.
The current brushes were created in ZBrush 2024, so they are not fully compatible with ZBrush 2023.2.2. Unfortunately, this can cause the embedded brush data (including the alphas) to fail to load correctly, making the brush appear as a standard brush.
We’re also working on improving compatibility. In the near future, we’ll start releasing new brush packs that support older ZBrush versions as well, so more artists can use them without needing to upgrade.
Thanks again for your feedback and support—we really appreciate it!
